Defensive Pistol Drill Clinic - $129

Sat 25 Jul 2026 08:30 - 14:30 MDT Brave Lizard Tactical - FOB Gunslinger - 7985 N 5600 W, Beryl, UT 84714

The Defensive Pistol Drill Clinic is a one-day advanced pistol drill clinic designed for intermediate and experienced shooters who have mastered fundamental firearm safety and manipulation and are seeking to elevate their proficiency in dynamic shooting scenarios. The clinic moves beyond basic marksmanship, focusing instead on developing the critical skills of speed, accuracy, and cognitive processing under duress. Students will face tough shooting challenges that focus on quickly locating targets, shooting while moving, managing recoil for quicker follow-up shots, using both hands effectively, and solving problems while under pressure. The program includes tough exercises that mimic real-life situations, competition settings, and tactical uses, encouraging participants to sharpen their shooting skills, make better decisions, and boost their overall performance. This clinic is exclusively live-fire practice with zero classroom time. You will walk away from the clinic with detailed feedback from experienced instructors to identify areas for improvement and solidify advanced techniques and drills that you can practice on your own.

Weather

=========

You can gather information about Range weather at the following link:

https://www.windy.com/37.853/-113.785?37.357,-113.785,8

It is rare for the Brave Lizard Tactical team to reschedule an event due to weather conditions. Brave Lizard Tactical Instructors and RSOs will shoot and operate in all weather conditions except when the weather represents a safety hazard (e.g., lightning, excessively high winds, extreme cold, extreme heat). When Brave Lizard Tactical Instructors have judged that the weather will represent a safety hazard, you will receive an email communication a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours in advance, relaying that data, including reschedules. You are responsible for monitoring your email address for possible weather-related communication, including event schedule changes.

The weather conditions at the Range are out of Brave Lizard Tactical's control and your control. Being prepared to operate in all weather conditions gives you an advantage over a threat actor who is not trained to operate in similar conditions. However, when you believe the weather conditions present an undue hardship, extremely unpleasant experience, or safety hazard for your abilities, please email events@bravelizard.com expressing that sentiment, and a Brave Lizard Tactical teammate will assist.
